Beautiful Lies by Jessica Warman

If something happened to your sister would you be able to feel it? Identical twins,

Rachel and Alice have always shared a special bond, so when one turns up missing,

the other tries to use the connection to find out what happened. This book may be

confusing when you first read it, but the adventure is full of surprises! Follow the twin

as she tries to find her sister; however, things are not always what they seem to be. I

liked this book because it was mystery, everything was a mystery! It gave me a lot of

suspense and that’s what I loved about it. Every time I fliped a page a new secret

would be revealed, it was a book that was full of secrets, and that is what made me

love it even more.

First Shot by Walter Sorrells

What would you do if your dad was a murderer? David Crandall (a.k.a worm) attends a private school

in which his dad is the headmaster. The thing that everyone considers hot is shooting and yes with a

gun. David`s mother was murdered and the case is still a mystery, so what happens when David finds

out a family secret and witness his dad burying something that looks an awful lot like a shot gun?  David

starts to wonder if his dad is the one who killed his mom? This was one of the first mysteries I read and

I really liked it because everything was in the dark, so David had to try to figure things out, like a puzzle.

Everything was under lock and David had to go and try to find the key.
